SANCASSIANO SpA, founded
in 1962, was since 1980 the first firm focusing its production on mixing
equipement and automatic mixing plants for the production of alimentary dough. SANCASSIANO is
registered as an independent share-holding Company since 1980: all the shares
are owned by persons presently active in the firm. The
kneader turnover achieved in 2002 was over EURO 22 millions (the unique
product Sancassiano is specialized in).

The Company
is based in north-west Italy. Its productive estates cover 15.000 m2, and 1.500 m2 of office space.
Total area owned is 35.000 m2. The
SANCASSIANO working force consists of over 120
people. SANCASSIANO sells more than 80% to the export markets. For over 40 years SANCASSIANO have continually worked striving
to create the highest quality and reliability, combined to the flexibility of
the proposed solutions, suitable to the specific needs of each Customer.
The range of equipment is composed by several different products: spiral
mixers, double spiral mixers, twin arms and French fork mixers up to the
modern and patented Global Force and Hydra, realised with fixed or removable
bowl. Other equipment belonging to SANCASSIANO range of products
are: tipping-elevators for bowls, portioning hoppers, belt conveyors ... For
the industrial production of cakes and creams, the planetary mixer
with double tool bowl scraper and pressurized bowl is available, both in the
traditional "bridge shape" or in the new more compact "C
shape". As for automatic equipment to the mixing room,
SANCASSIANO offer a complete range of products, at different investment
levels. From self-tipping mixers to elevator-mixers,
revolving Carrousel, linear Robot and Continuous spiral mixing systems.

A distinctive feature of
the firm is a self-realization of almost all the components
of the kneaders: Sancassiano manufactures rather than simply assembling third
parties products. We take care of the engineering
phase of the machines (often inspired by customers' new needs), their
detailed project phase, the manufacturing and test up to the delivery at the
customer's premises and their start-up. As well the electronic part of our
equipment (software) is completely realised by Sancassiano Elettronica S.r.L., who takes care also of the plants start-up and the
customer's personnel training and after-sale service.
Our test bakery and specialized expert are at customerís
disposal in order to provide the necessary technical support for products and
process improvements.
